We require  Auto-pay feature for your convenience. With Auto-pay, you can choose to make payments either weekly After the scoop  or at the end of each billing cycle.

 Auto-payments will be deducted according to your preference on the 1st or 15th of each month, during the night after the end of the business day. Receipts / invoices will be emailed to you. 

Billing statements will be sent via email on either the 1st or the 15th of each month,

To ensure complete satisfaction, customers will not be charged until after services have been completed. Billing charges will be determined by the number of visits during the previous monthly cycle, which typically spans 4 or 5 weeks.

Payments are due within 15 days of receipt of the billing statement. A late fee of 7% of the outstanding balance will be applied on the 15th/1st of the month for accounts with unpaid balances. Services will be suspended on this date until payment is received. Accounts that remain delinquent for over 45 days will incur a $45 collection fee and be referred to collections.

We accept payments via credit cards and debit cards only. Please note that as of October 1st, 2021, we no longer accept paper checks. Additionally, there is a $2.50 charge for processing credit card payments over the phone.

For our guarantee to be effective, the area to be serviced must be clear of excessively tall grass, leaves, snow, and debris. While our team endeavors to ensure your yard is impeccably clean, it's important to note that our pooper scoopers can only clean what is visible. If there are concerns regarding visibility in your yard, we'll promptly notify you.

Do you need to be present for the initial appointment? Not necessarily. However, we do have some essential documents for you to review and a Quote  to sign, which we'll send via email. If your dogs will be outdoors during our visit, we kindly request your presence for their introduction to our team.

 
If your pet(s) will not be utilizing the yard for a specific duration due to reasons such as vacation or illness, and you prefer not to incur charges for unnecessary visits, kindly contact us at least 24 hours in advance to suspend the service. 

In cases of inclement weather where it may pose risks or hinder our team's ability to carry out scheduled cleanings, we will promptly reschedule the service for your yard at the earliest opportunity. You will consistently receive text alerts informing you of any weather-related updates.

Should we be unable to make up for a missed visit due to weather conditions, you will not be charged for that particular week.

DERBY CITY POOP SCOOP bears no responsibility for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties.

Fees and promotions are subject to change at our discretion. In the rare event of such changes, we will provide you with at least one (1) week's notice beforehand.

Unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days.
